Raymond is the CEO of AVID AO, a SaaS-based platform that turns Data Into Donations for nonprofits. Previous to AVID AI, Raymond served as the Founder and CEO of iDonate, a SaaS-based digital fundraising platform. Currently Raymond serves as the Chairman of iDonate’s Advisory Board.

Raymond has over 30 years’ experience in technology, professional services, international business development, and early-stage investing and business building. After working in a family business and EDS in his early career, Raymond served as President of Koch Ventures, Inc. (“KVI”), where he had the privilege of learning from Charles Koch, one of the world’s most successful business leaders.

Raymond is passionate about working on transformative ideas that can unleash generosity. Raymond is involved in multiple ministries as Board, Advisor, or supporter. Raymond is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma. While earning a degree in Business Management, he was selected as a member of the President’s Leadership Class and played collegiate tennis. Raymond enjoys being a captain on boating trips, trying to re-learn the guitar, and family trips.

Kevin Peters is the Chief Technology Officer at AvidAI, where he is responsible for both product strategy and overall development. With over 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and data analysis, he is able to implement the analysis and strategies that have been proven to provide improved results for nonprofits.

Before joining Avid AI, Kevin served as CTO at NextAfter, where he worked with a team of fundraisers and optimizers to test and implement unique fundraising strategies. This involved everything from custom web development, deep data analysis, and even software development to solve the unique challenges experienced by nonprofits.

Kevin holds a degree in Computer Science and Masters of Education from Texas A&M University. He lives in Frisco, TX, with his wife and two kids.

Mike McKee, Chief Financial Officer at AvidAI, brings four decades of experience in executive financial management, investing, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions to his role. He is most experienced in the technology, energy, and non-profit sectors, though he has worked across the whole economy. Throughout his career as an executive and board member in both private and public companies, he has overseen investments and transactions aggregating several billion dollars.

Mike earned his MBA from the University of Oklahoma. Outside of work, he is a bit of an explorer, having visited all fifty U.S. states and more than 30 countries. He and his wife support several Christian ministries, reside in Tool, Texas (all the good names were already taken) and enjoy spending time with their two adult children.
