Making Connections
Avid is designed to analyze your fundraising and marketing efforts. The most important part of this analysis is understanding your donors' history and what activities produce the best behaviors. To achieve a comprehensive view of your organization, we gather your data from different sources: your CRM, Email System, Advertising, and more.

Required columns for data sets
CRM Connections for Donor Data
Avid offers your organization the ability to directly connect your CRM through a secure API integration, which allows for easy connect and standardized data mapping. We always recommend using an integration wherever possible. If your CRM isn't currently available, please submit a ticket and we can discuss creating a custom integration for your organization. We currently offer the following software for connection, which sync every 24 hours based on the platform schedule.

Email System Connections
Connecting an email system allows Avid AI to build reports for Email Heath and Email Acquisition. If you are using the Pathways feature, you can also create segments from your data and share with Email and Advertising systems.
Advertising
If you are using Pathways, it is vital to connect your advertising platforms. Making these connections allow you to take data from both your CRM and Email System and leverage it to build audiences efficiently. The lowered costs and higher responses gained from these integrations supercharge your fundraising efforts and your organization's mission.
Email Capture
Email capture allows for you to push campaigns and copy into the systems listed below. If you are interested in using this feature, please reach out to your Account Manager to set up the integrations and receive training. Integrated systems include (but are not limited to):

- Gravity Forms
- HubSpot
