Connecting Advertising-Facebook
Build audiences from your existing data to boost your fundraising dollars in Facebook.
Connecting Facebook
- Log in and navigate to the Settings section of your Avid platform
- Click 'Advertising' in the Avid AI Integration Checklist or the Add button and 'System'
- Find Facebook in the listed tiles
- Click 'Authenticate'
- Use your Facebook login and Password (if your are already logged in, it will ask you to choose an account)
- Approve the authentication instructions allowing Avid access (or, if you don't have the right authorization, invite a teammate to join Avid)
Connecting an advertising system will allow you to push data from your CRM, files, and email through segments in the Pathways menu if you have chosen to use that feature in Avid. To add Pathways to your platform, reach out to your Account Manager or submit a support ticket.
The first time you push a custom audience to Facebook, there are terms of service that need to be accepted.
